I think Ill like it in the end
So, Ive only been using it for a month and Ive tried the 10k program, outdoor running and yoga. I like the idea for the running - its great having the feedback but the phone ringing for some of the sessions of Rochelles is kind of outputting but shes energetic and I like her voice over. For the 10k program, I wish there was some way to mark what you did and so you have a heads up on types of program - endurance runs are better for me on weekends and right now Im guessing g as to which they are based on time. Ive tried the yoga but Im not sold on it - maybe if youre an expert and absolutely know your positions but its so easy to misunderstand and/or have it totally wrong and you wouldnt know. Maybe have some reference material on positions that you can review prior to doing the yoga session?
