I like to run alone...
I do, I like running alone. My problem is that alone my training isnt progressing, I lack the motivation ( and frankly recall) to do the intervals or increase and keep a faster pace. So far, this app seems to be providing it. I like the variation in workout durations, the speed/total miles are a bit exaggerated for my slowness but I just run MapMy Run in the background to log the miles and time.
I really like it.
