Great app to give variation to a tired routine
I am pretty good about working and varying resistances and speeds in my cardio workouts on my own, but its always good to take a timeout, turn off your mind and let the coaches instruct amd push you. Its awesome!
My only teensy-weeny conplaint (suggestion/wish) is that I would love to have the yoga workouts with some type of video to emulate the moves. Im not thr greatest in yoga verbiage and often get lost and fall behind trying to figure out what move the coach said to do.
