Great app- Not all trainers are great though.
This app is a fantastic idea and overall carried out very well.
I love that its audio only and not video, allowing me to fully immerse myself and leaving my phone out of the picture.
That being said- there are some things that bother me, leaving me to decide if I will continue paying.
1- account status- when looking to see my account information on the app and website, it doesnt say AMYTHINNG about my payment information. Look at the iTunes Store you say? Thats fine but the app offers a free month for every friend you refer- and the way to redeem this month according to skyfitS instructions is to cancel your subscription on iTunes, and give Skyfit your credit card information directly and they will credit you the free month. There is no way to view all of this in your account information. And when addressing this via their help email I received the same two copy and pasted responses to simply check my credit card bill to ensure I have not been charged. Not the most efficient or user friendly for this aspect as the rest of the app is.
2- TRAINERS- I have done 5 elliptical classes so far. 2 with Candice and 3 with Rochelle.
Rochelle is a fantastic trainer- when using her classes, I feel as if shes there and her attitude is positive, and motivating. Candice on the other hand, sounds like shes laying on the couch watching a movie and every few minutes montonely says you got this. Im going to try other trainers- but SkyFit, please have Rochelle record more elliptical workouts and Candice- maybe put a little more effort into it.
3- audio quality. The audio quality varies depending where they record. Try to remember we can hear everything!
Overall a great app but those 3 points must be addressed.
